The Opportunity
With a surge in football fandom across Saudi Arabia, SAFF wanted to go beyond traditional fan engagement and create an immersive digital experience that rewarded fans for participating in matches, games, and team culture—on-site and online. The challenge was to design a fully gamified fan journey that would boost participation, merchandise sales, and event re-engagement while also delivering meaningful data back to the federation in real time. This was about turning fans into players—letting every person in the stadium earn, win, and compete through mobile.

Insights & Evolution
